One of the best things about retiring is the fact that your time is finally yours.
No more punching into a timeclock or keeping a schedule that wasn't yours. You are free to schedule your days how YOU want.
Our resort and retirement community is one of the most active communities you will find in the United States. Any outdoorsman (or woman) will be delighted with our fishing and swimming lakes. There are 2 boat marinas available with pontoon boat rentals available.
Some homes and building lots are available with your own dock, if you own your own boat or plan to.
Our community offers both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts. We
have a brand new fitness facility for our members. You can also enjoy our Country Club or enjoy a horseback ride at our own stables. You can also hike or enjoy a day off property in nearby Gatlinburg ,Pigeon Forge or Knoxville Tennessee.
We are home to seven churches on our resort property, so you don't have to worry about finding a new spiritual home when you visit or retire here.
